Great blueprint on how to tackle procrastination! Found myself highlighting quite a bit, due to so many helpful examples given.
A little bit descibes how i was feeling about the cigarette or a junkie about drugs!
Also think about it at Relationships or Wealth! if you are at bad situtation at those pillars you will procrastinate any move to change something cause you are creating negative emotions when you are changing your reality or you are changing your comfort zone!
If you keep reading this book you are going to hae many Aha moments! it describes too many tips and characteristics of procrastinators and also provides solutions how to change it!

Great book! Very eye opening. The author definitely made tons of good & realistic points, which will help many people to identify and break the cycles of procrastination. With it being a New Year I was looking for was to find balance in my work/home/ fitness life. This book was a helpful read!!!!
I love this book! The perfect read for a new years resolution. I recommend to all. As I read this book I was able to recognize my own patterns and determine that I am a procrastinator and exactly which type. Im definitely passing this on right away.
This guide has helped me understand why I have procrastinated in the past and what I could have done to prevent it. My key intake has been to always tackle challens and tasks as early on as possible, the longer I leave, the more I will dread it.

This book is very good on explaining procrastination and the problems it can cause. It also explains how to put into practice a good set of principles to avoid procrastinating. My only suggestion would be to have an editor review the introduction and first chapter. Some of the sentences were too long and harder to follow. However, if you are looking for tips on how to avoid and reasons to avoid procrastination, this is a great book with useful information.
